Coming by train

From Gare Centrale Station (Central Station). From Central take the 5 Metro line to Erasmus and get off at the End Station. Upon completion of registration you will be given information on contacting the Connect '09 Registration office for pick up times at the end station. We will pick up participants at the end station only - not the airport or central train station. Plan on traveling by the Metro all the way to Erasmus Station.

Coming by plane

Brussels Zaventem Airport
There are 4 Trains per hour leaving Zaventem Airport for Brussels city. A ticket is about 3€ one way. Travellers need to get off at the Gare Centrale Station. *See coming by train for directions from there.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport (www.charleroi-airport.com)
You may find flights to Brussels to be more affordable than the train. Check out carriers such as Ryan Air, Wizz Air and Air Service Plus for cheaper fares. A public bus (Line A) links all day long the Brussels South Charleroi Airport to the Charleroi-SUDTrainstation (cost is about 10€). There are 20 buses per day linking to Gare du Midi where you are then on the metro line as well. Then you can take the train to easily reach Gare Centrale Station and follow the directions from there via the train info.

From Paris via Mons, Belgium
E19 North direction Mons/Brussels to the Brussels Ring (RO)
Exit at 16R, Anderlecht/St-Pieters-Leeuw
After exiting the ring, turn left at traffic light (this is the Chausée de Mons/Bergensteenweg)
Go under the ring and pass Coca-Cola on left, Mercedes on right, Opel on right
At -18 Frozen Food store (on right), you will find 2 simultaneous stop lights
At second light, turn right onto the street Brusselbaan (A Greek restaurant is on the corner of the street)
Travel West on the Brusselbaan for approximately 3 KM
Turn right on Kasteelstraat, a blue and yellow CTS sign is on the corner of the street (If you reach the large water tower on the right, you have gone too far)
Follow Kasteelstraat until you reach the entrance of CTS (on the right)

From Luxembourg via Namur/Charleroi, Belgium
E411 North, direction Namur/Brussels
E42 West, direction Charleroi/Paris
A54/RO/E19 North direction Brussels
Exit at 16R, Anderlecht/St-Pieters-Leeuw

Go west on the E19/RO toward direction Bergen/Charleroi (do not go toward the airport)

A3/E40 West direction Liege/Leuven/Brussels to the E19/Brussels Ring (RO)
Take E19 direction Zaventum Airport - do not exit at the airport, however!
Follow E19 toward WEST side of the Ring, toward Bergen/Charleroi
Exit at 16R, Anderlecht/St-Pieters-Leeuw
After exiting the ring, turn right (this is the Chausée de Mons/Bergensteenweg)
Pass Coca-Cola on left, Mercedes on right, Opel on right
At -18 Frozen Food store (on right), you will find 2 simultaneous stop lights
