The price of the conference is 269 €* (199 € for full-time students) and includes conference fees, room and meals, beginning with the evening meal on Saturday 28 July and ending with breakfast on Saturday 4 August.

A deposit of 50 € will be required to confirm registration (non-refundable for cancellations received after 10 July 2012). Paypal payment information will be emailed to you so please make sure you enter a valid email address in the registration form.

Please note: the conference price does NOT include transportation for the sight-seeing day in Köln.

*The cost for children ages 2-13 is 155 €, and children 23 months and younger are free.

*A note to SFC staff: Please plan on arriving on Friday 27 July for staff orientation. The cost for the extra night is 31 € for adults (14 & up) and 22 € for children (ages 2-13).

There will be a late fee of 25 € for registrations received after 10 July 2012.
